Terms of Service

1. Account Eligibility

By accessing VIVID Selling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement with Sinal Group LLC. We reserve the right to verify your age and eligibility at any time.

2. Course Access & Duration

When you purchase VIVID Selling, you receive access to the complete course for one year from your purchase date. Your access includes:

• All course video modules and materials
• Lab assignments and AI-powered scoring
• Progress tracking and assessment results
• Certificate upon completion (if applicable)

After one year, your access expires. You can renew for an additional year at $97 to continue accessing the course.

3. Payment & Billing

Payment amount: $297 (one-time purchase)

Payment method: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

Important: VIVID Selling is a one-time purchase with no automatic recurring charges. Your $297 payment grants you one year of access. We do not charge your card again unless you explicitly request renewal.

4. Course Content Ownership

All course materials, videos, transcripts, templates, and instructional content are owned by Sinal Group LLC and protected by copyright law. This includes:

• Video modules and transcripts
• Written guides and frameworks
• Templates and worksheets
• Any other proprietary materials

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access these materials for your own learning only.

5. Student-Created Content

All notes, lab responses, worksheets, and other content you create while taking the course are your property. You own everything you create, and we don't claim any rights to your work. You're free to use your notes and insights however you wish.

6. AI Scoring & Lab Responses

When you submit lab assignments, your responses are sent to Claude (Anthropic's AI) for automated scoring and feedback. Here's what happens to your data:

• Your responses are analyzed by Claude for assessment purposes
• Your responses are not used for AI training
• Your responses are deleted after scoring is complete
• Your score and feedback are stored in your course account

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Record, download, or save video content
• Redistribute course materials to third parties
• Use the course for any commercial purpose other than your own sales improvement
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas

8. Account Termination

Sinal Group LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the course will be revoked immediately, and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

VIVID Selling is an educational course designed to teach real estate sales principles and frameworks. While we believe in the value of this training, we cannot guarantee specific sales results, income, or business outcomes.

Your results will depend on your effort, market conditions, experience, and many other factors outside our control. Sinal Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the course.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of VIVID Selling will be resolved through binding arbitration, governed by the laws of the state where Sinal Group LLC is located.

11. Changes to These Terms

Sinal Group LLC may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify all active students via email. Your continued use of the course after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
