We offer a 365-day money-back guarantee on all VIVID Selling course purchases. If the course isn't meeting your expectations for any reason, you're entitled to a full refund.

No explanation required. No judgment. No hoops to jump through.

How to Request a Refund

If you want a refund, here's what to do:

Refund Timeline

Must request within 365 days of purchase. Your refund window starts on the date you made your purchase and closes 365 days later.

Once approved, we process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. (That's a Stripe standard, not something we control.)

What Happens After Refund

When your refund is approved and processed:

• Your course access is revoked immediately
• You can no longer log into your account
• Your progress, notes, and lab responses are deleted within 365 days
• Your payment information is removed from our system

Certificates & Refunds

Here's the thing: if you earned your certificate within the 365-day refund period, the certificate remains valid even if you request a refund.

You worked for it, you got it. That's yours to keep.

Partial Refunds

We don't offer partial refunds. It's either a full refund or you keep your access. No pro-rating, no percentages, no exceptions. Makes it simple.

Annual Renewals

Once your initial year expires, you can renew for $97/year to keep your access. Renewal payments are non-refundable.

Why? Because you're renewing something you've already used and evaluated. You know what you're getting.
