VIVID Selling is operated by Sinal Group LLC. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. What Data We Collect

When you sign up and use VIVID Selling, we collect:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and password
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe (we don't store your full credit card)
• Course data: Which modules you've accessed, your progress, completion status
• Lab responses: Your submitted assignments for scoring
• Assessment scores: Your results and AI-generated feedback
• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, interaction patterns (anonymized)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information for:

• Creating and managing your account
• Delivering course content and tracking your progress
• Scoring your lab assignments using AI
• Sending course-related emails (new modules, reminders, certificates)
• Improving the course based on usage patterns
• Responding to support requests
• Complying with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services We Use

We work with trusted partners to deliver VIVID Selling:

These partners are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.

4. Lab Response Handling (Important)

When you submit lab assignments:

• Your response is sent to Claude API for analysis and scoring
• Claude does not store your responses for AI training
• Your response is deleted from Claude's systems immediately after scoring
• Your score and feedback remain in your VIVID Selling account

We never use your course work to train our AI or for any purpose beyond scoring your specific submission.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies only for essential functions:

• Keeping you logged in to your account
• Tracking your course progress
• Security and fraud prevention

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. You can dismiss our cookie consent banner at any time.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data while you have an active account and for 90 days after your access expires. After 90 days:

• Your account data is deleted from our servers
• Your lab responses and progress are removed
• Your email address is removed from our mailing list
• Your payment information is already managed by Stripe

If you request deletion sooner, we'll remove your data immediately (except where required by law).

7. Data Sharing

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your information is only shared with the third-party services listed above, and only to the extent necessary to operate VIVID Selling. We may also share data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or fix incorrect information
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your account and personal data
• Opt-out: Stop receiving course-related emails anytime

9. Children's Privacy

VIVID Selling is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before signing up.

10. Security

We protect your data with:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Secure password authentication
• Regular security reviews
• Encrypted storage of sensitive information

While we use industry-standard security, no system is 100% secure. If you suspect a security breach, contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as our services evolve. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of VIVID Selling after changes means you accept the updated policy.
