VIVID Selling is operated by Sinal Group LLC. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. What Data We Collect

When you sign up and use VIVID Selling, we collect:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and securely hashed password
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe (we don't store your full credit card)
• Course data: Which modules you've accessed, your progress, completion status
• Lab responses: Your submitted assignments for scoring
• Assessment scores: Your results and AI-generated feedback
• Usage data: Operational activity and, with optional measurement consent, page and interaction events

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information for:

• Creating and managing your account
• Delivering course content and tracking your progress
• Scoring your lab assignments using AI
• Sending course-related emails (new modules, reminders, certificates)
• Improving the course based on usage patterns
• Responding to support requests
• Complying with legal obligations

We work with trusted partners to deliver VIVID Selling:

4. Lab Response Handling (Important)

When you submit lab assignments:

• Your response is sent to Claude API for analysis and scoring
• Anthropic states that commercial API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default.
• Provider retention follows Anthropic’s commercial API policy. Its standard policy describes deletion within 30 days, with exceptions for legal, safety, service, or contractual requirements.
• Your score and feedback remain in your VIVID Selling account

Use fictional or anonymized examples in labs. Your submitted work supports feedback, progress, and course operation. See the Anthropic data retention policy and commercial training policy for provider details.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use browser storage and cookies for essential functions, including:

• Keeping you logged in to your account
• Tracking your course progress
• Security and fraud prevention

Optional analytics and advertising measurement load only when you grant measurement consent. You can accept or decline optional measurement in the consent controls. Essential account, transaction, and security functions remain available without that consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, learning, and transaction records to provide course access, saved work, support, and required business records. Access expiry does not automatically erase your account or learning history.

To request a copy or deletion of your information, contact ian@sinalgroup.com. We review requests and applicable legal retention requirements before confirming what has been removed. Payment-provider records and backups may follow separate retention requirements.

7. Data Sharing

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your information is only shared with the third-party services listed above, and only to the extent necessary to operate VIVID Selling. We may also share data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or fix incorrect information
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your account and personal data
• Opt-out: Stop receiving course-related emails anytime

9. Children's Privacy

VIVID Selling is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before signing up.

10. Security

We protect your data with:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Secure password authentication
• Regular security reviews
• Encrypted storage of sensitive information

While we use industry-standard security, no system is 100% secure. If you suspect a security breach, contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as our services evolve. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of VIVID Selling after changes means you accept the updated policy.
